Cold from the packhouse to Jeddah port.
Each fruit travels alone in its own reefer at its own temperature and humidity, pre-cooled to 4 °C before loading and monitored on the way; the data logger is read on arrival.

What is the relationship between Dira alSafa and Nasos Bridge?
Dira alSafa Establishment for Trading is the appointed agent and representative of Nasos Bridge Limited (Kenya) in Saudi Arabia, handling sales, contracts, clearance and delivery inside the Kingdom. The agency is published on the Nasos Bridge website.
Where do you import from?
Four origins: Turkey (lemon, mandarin, orange, tomato, pomegranate, cherry, apricot, fig, potato, grapes), Egypt (orange, grapes, strawberry, mango, pomegranate, potato, onion, garlic), Kenya through our principal Nasos Bridge (avocado, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, tea), and European fruit via Dubai (apple, pear, kiwi, berries, cherry). Varieties change with the season.
How long does a shipment take from Kenya to Jeddah?
About 19 days by sea from Mombasa to Jeddah Islamic Port on the fastest scheduled service, and about two days by air from Nairobi, harvest to shelf.
Does a shipment need an import permit?
Yes. Since October 2026 the importer needs a permit from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture at least 24 hours before arrival. When you buy through us, we obtain it.
Are prices in Saudi riyals?
Yes. Quotations and invoices are in SAR; full containers are also offered CIF Jeddah or FOB Mombasa. Fruit prices move weekly, and a quotation is valid 7 days.
What is the minimum order?
Trial orders are welcome. From Jeddah stock you can order by the pallet, subject to availability, or a full container (5,760 avocado cartons).
Which cities do you deliver to?
We are based in Jeddah and deliver by reefer truck to Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar and the rest of the Kingdom.
